Check out my substack as I reflect on my journey as a beginner gardener, through the lens of my role as a bodyworker, somatic practitioner, and community builder.  In this substack, I will be translating the wisdom of plants to deepen my philosophies about how we can get in better relationship with ourselves, each other, the natural world, and the ever changing seasons and conditions around us.
