Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please feel free to reach out via email at andyprescott@trianglewellnessbodywork.com

I'm a new client and I'd like to book an appointment with you!

I would love to support you in caring for your body! To schedule a session, click on the button on the front page of my website, which will take you to my scheduling platform.

All new clients must make an account on Vagaro to schedule their first session.

No exceptions. Any contact made by potential new clients by any other means will be redirected to my booking platform.

I checked your schedule and it says you have no availability on X day.  Are you available?

My Vagaro calendar is up to date and accurate.  If Vagaro says I'm unavailable, then I'm unavailable.

What is your re-scheduling policy?

To inform me of a need to cancel or reschedule, email andyprescott@trianglewellnessbodywork.com. I must be contacted in written form at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.  If I am contacted within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged.

If you contact me on the day of your appointment, you are responsible for paying 100% of your scheduling fee for the existing appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment.

What is your policy on masking?

I mask with all my clients. I also have an air purifier in my treatment room that fully cycles the air 2.5 times per hour.

I encourage clients to mask for their own well-being, but I don't require it. If you'd like to know further details, feel free to email me at andyprescott@trianglewellnessbodywork.com

Do you offer anything besides massage and one-on-one energy work?

I am available for on-site chair or table massage by the hour, and various public speaking and educational services.  I have served as a panel discussion member to answer questions about trans experiences, and am available to give presentations about trauma informed care, and nervous system regulation.

Do you do erotic massage?

No. I am a state licensed massage therapist.  It is against my license to perform erotic massage.  All clients are draped during the entire session, the therapist is clothed during the entire session.  No pelvic work will be performed. Any lewd behavior will result in the immediate stop of the session, and the client will be charged the full 100% fee as well as a 20% psychological damages fee.
